Playing the bass/guitar reduces stress |
|
Why the hell didn't I play before?
Why did I take that years long hiatus?

That depends.
If you're on a gig and the singer calls "All the Things You Are", up tempo, in the key of E...not so much.

3. I was just about to post, "Time to pick up the bass, T-man!" |
|
You've been stressing a little bit the last few days! So chill with the bass and let the deep tones sink into your head and soothe away all the stress of GD .. and don't get TS'ed!

BTW...you run a bass through distortion and a delay, and you get this weird crunch sound - only one note at a time - but as an effect it's pretty cool.
