1. I don't know, but I am certain I've watched this clip a dozen times just over the past two years.
It seems to have a life of it's own and shows up when I least expect it.

Like right now.

And the look on their faces.

They are having FUN!

3. One of the more interesting things I've ever read in a music interview...
.
.
.
... came from Keith Richards in the Rolling Stone tribute to Robert Johnson.
.
Keith said he could figure out ANYBODY'S licks and re-create them, but there
was some stuff from Johnson that he couldn't touch.
.
He said he finally saw a picture of him and that Johnson had "hands the size
of dinner plates". No wonder.
.
.
.

4. The two ORIGINAL albums he did with Chet Atkins... "Me & Jerry" and "Me & Chet"...
...belong in the collection of EVERY serious guitarist. "Sneakin' Around"...the late-career "reunion" album...was good, but it's no match for the original two.

The 2-fer CD went out of print for a while, but it is now available again from Raven Records. Nineteen bucks on Amazon.

6. Jerry Reed was one of the best
I think the fact that he was also a hell of a banjo player weighs heavily in that piece ;)
