:rofl: Actually I remember Truman .I was to young to have have much memory of FDR. My dad was a Republican and I remember chanting "Vote for Dewey , He's our man! Throw old Truman in the garbage can" on the way to school, which incidentally was three miles away and the snow was six feet deep.
I do remember seeing Eleanor Roosevelt on black and white TV.
