sounds groovy. Weight loss and desire to work and feel happy? What's not to love?
Or is wiki misleading me?

2. It does that, yes. But it also reduces brain power |

So use sparingly
It's an opiate after all

4. Nope - that is what it is |
|
Also, it's an opiate which is also a stimulant
Kinda weird, but chemistry is goofy that way

3. I like bali kratom a lot. It's been a few years since I've had it. They used to sell it on e-bay. |

I found it to enhance whatever was going on at the time. The worst that ever happened is that I did a little too much and got slightly queasy. All I ever did was an eighth of a tea spoon at a time. Or equivalent to two capsules.
It went well with coffee, early in the day. It went well with pot at any time of the day. And it went well with a few beers in the evening.
They say that heavier doses were a depressant and that lighter doses were a stimulant.
That seemed to be the case with me.
Thanks for bringing this up.

5. interestingly, kratom makes me feel poisoned.... |
|
I don't enjoy it at all, although I realize that lots of folks do. I've tried it a few times, and aside from the taste, which I can stand if I enjoy the effects, it usually makes me feel like I've ingested a toxic alkaloid (which, of course, is exactly what I've done, LOL). It's hard to describe the feeling. Eat a cigarette and you'll have an idea-- bad stomach, weird head, not pleasant. I presume most folks don't have the same reaction!
THC, on the other hand, is most definitely a "good drug."
