I'm not a jock, mainly pay attention in championships, and pick my choices according to irrelevant factors like politics. So for me it's "Texas" and Shrub's scam former team (the cashing in and the Arlington stadium paid by the taxpayers) that raises my hackles.

So, will they lose tonight?!1 Or, if they win, who has the better chance of beating them later?!1

6. The Rangers won BIG.
And shrub was there with pickles, too.

That is the only reason I don't like them.

I felt sorry for Detroit. It is bad enough to lose, but this was an ass-kicking.

7. Detroit had a great team this year
But the Rangers were AWESOME! Almost everyone in the Rangers lineup has a great bat. The bullpen they have built is incredible. About the only weakness the Rangers have is their starting pitchers, but even they aren't that bad this year.

Fuck Shrub. Every time I see him at a game I flip him off. He never owned more than 1% of the Rangers anyway, and would never had owned that were it not for his Daddy's name and his crooked stock deals. He's nothing more than a zit on the Ranger's ass.

I've been a Rangers fan since I was little boy growing up in Dallas. Looooooong before I ever heard of W and before he had any ownership of the team.

And he no longer owns any of it.
