Please cross your fingers that it's just a muscle spasm, or if it is a stone, that it resolves itself without complications?

had a friend stuck in Africa back country with one - that is what his travel doc advised since there was no way to get to any real help

it eventually flushed out after a couple painful days

10. Oh dear... I hope it is something else, or just a tiny little sucker

that pops right out.

The thought of stones makes me cringe. I had a 1cm stone that took months to resolve including two surgeries and an 8 day hospital stay with stenting.

How I WISH I lived in a country where people did not have to suffer because of a lack of available health care. It just should not be that way.

MRI from my husband's kidney stone billed at $3,500
we ended up paying max $750 out-of-pocket (we have
insurance).

Maybe ask the doctor how they
determined a kidney stone
diagnosis BEFORE we had the MRI machines.
