My eldest is coming home this afternoon to join the party/karate demonstration for the Grand Master.

He turned 70 a week ago and the Demo Team has a whirlwind presentation ready for him. My middle daughter is the leader of the team now.

2. That was cute! I won't be there but they're videotaping it.

I've seen many of their demos and helped coordinate some of them. About 3 years ago they did a Halloween party demo (at the dojang) and the entire demo was to Halloween-ish music. I set up the lights with switches - spot, wide area white, black lights, and red lights. That was a freakin' trip. We video taped that one too and something really weird showed up on tape. For the black light section they were all in black outfits except for one set of light-gray leggings and a light-gray inside to a black hoodie. They showed up WHITE on the tape with the gray areas black. I was using the night-vision setting on the camera. Strange interpretation. Another section was full lights out with glow sticks tied to the ends of their bong-yungs (staff) - great effect.
