where and when would you go? I would go to the West Coast of British Columbia to live amongst the first people's there 300 years ago and before. They caught and smoked salmon 3 months out of the year and spend the rest of the year making art. They had a pretty mild climate. It was (still is) beautiful. Now that is a sign of an highly evolved society even if the Canadian courts don't see it that way.

1. I wouldn't.
I'm too fond of indoor plumbing, electric lights and central heating.
