2. Just one of those mornings when my mind "switched on" at an

ungodly hour and I couldn't "re-drowse" myself and nod off again. It seems to happen at least once a week. I wonder if it's a function of my advancing years?

The upside is that I have the house "to myself" for a few hours before the circus starts.

3. Wasting time on the internet so I can avoid real work.

I should be getting up and tending to some housework while its cold outside, so I can get that done before I have to go out and do yard work.

Apparently, I'm not feelin' it.

I guess last night's dirty dishes will still be there in an hour.
