That's a funny song for an atheist to be singing
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0fk-1P3Oa_M

Forget your troubles c'mon get happy,
you better chase all your cares away.
Shout hallejulah c'mon get happy
get ready for the judgment day.

The sun is shinin c'mon get happy,
the lord is waitin to take your hand.
shout hallejulah c'mon get happy,
we're going to the promised land

1. Wow, is that ever an interesting version!
It's a little bit creepy, but very compelling.

Thank you, my dear Lionel Mandrake!

2. My dear CP,
It's a dream sequence.

Dreams are supposed to be creepy and compelling.   :-)

3. I should have mentioned
that it is House's boss and girlfriend, Dr. Cuddy, who is dreaming. The song is appropriate to her situation. She is undergoing a procedure to see if she has terminal cancer. In the dream, House seems to be preparing her for the hereafter, as if it were certain that she would soon be dead.

House is not the only strange character in this series. Cuddy is also strange, in her own way. Her words are usually businesslike, but her gestures and facial expressions are seductive. She usually shows lots of cleavage, and she often bends over. The camera angles are kind of interesting, too.

5. Excuse my denseness,
but I don't see the connection between "House" and "A Clockwork Orange".
