Shit. Trick-or-Treat night is tomorrow and I still don't have any candy. |
I guess I had better drag my lazy ass out to get some today.
And yes, we have it on Thursday, not the 31st - safety issue. Most of the districts around here do that so the kids won't be out when most of the wild drunks with masks obscuring their blurred vision are zooming around to get to parties to get even more drunk.

1. I've stopped handing out candy. The guilt of contributing to childhood obesity and the |
chocolate slavery issues is pretty overwhelming to me. I don't know how well handing out broccoli would go over.

3. really? i dont see it as a big issue with halloween partier drunk driving. i am all for keeping |
kids safe. i do it with my own kids. and i have never seen that issue around here. not the same having it on a different day. why not at least saturday or sunday, then. too bad a bunch of adults playing on a kid holiday, makes them change the day for the kids.
