1. The secret is in the sauce.

A good sauce will help any kind of meat.

5. Both are ok.
Some like a sweet sauce.

I just get a good bottle from the store and work with it.

3. A dash of Mario Lemieux and Jaromir Yagr should spice it up nicely.

7. You might want to try beer can penguin.
Just stick a full can of beer up the perguin's rear end.

The bird will cook really slow and tender.

9. Works for chicken.
The meat doesn't dry out.

A tall can of beer, the cheaper the better works.

30. I grew up with Shiner Beer.
I would never waste it on a beer can bird.

Miller beer is terrible, but ok for bbq.

Now I need to drink a Shiner.

10. Don't over spice, penguin is a very delicate meat
Before cooking, let the penguin soak in some vodka for a few minutes.

I also suggest you add a little vodka to whatever sauce or baste you will use, it adds a good little tang.

Oh, I almost forgot to add garlic. Add some cracked garlic to the vodka pre marinade and run minced or powdered garlic into the meat.
Bell peppers are a good touch.
