Just a discussion from yesterday about us looking for a house. The one we saw first we loved. Of course it was already sold. Went to check out a different one today. The yard is great. Beautiful and fragrant pine trees, but the inside of the house was....no match for the beauty of the trees. Even the realty agent couldn't come up with good things to say, it seemed.

3. For what it's worth, pine trees usually become noticeably aromatic when there's a problem.
Such as insects feasting on it, wounds or broken or cut limbs.
