It's windy today in our town.

And I always walk my dog for about 2 miles. I think I'm either coming down with a cold or it's allergies. My question is, would I look like a freak if I bundle up and wear a surgical mask to protect my nose from the dust and pollen?

I'm afraid I might look like this, 'cept I'm not a dude and I would be wearing a surgical mask.

2. That's funny last winter I actually bundled up like that...

I put on a sweatshirt with a hood. Or "hoodie" as they're called nowadays. Then I put on a heavy jacket with a hood then a pair of sunglasses.
I put down the hood on the sweatshirt and pulled the drawstrings really tight so that it covered up my who face except for just a little area of the sunglasses that I could see out. The glasses kept the cold wind from getting to my eyes. Then I put down the hood on the jacket.

It looked so funny. But I could see out of it just fine and helped to keep warm in very windy cold weather. If you did that, you wouldn't need the mask.
