Do people down under "spring back and fall forward" for daylight savings time?

just like us. And they hate it, too, just like us :P

My gf is a Kiwi in NZ and they just went forward an hour (so it's only eighteen hours' difference between us when we Skype, instead of the former nineteen hours) ;)
