1. I just culled my cookbook collection

It is still too large to fit in its designated shelf space - and I still find myself wanting to add more cookbooks to the collection. I love cookbooks and enjoy reading them.

I keep intending to reorganize my kitchen, deep clean it and put together a rotation menu. But since I live alone and just cook for myself that likely will never happen.

While I do putz around a bit in my kitchen I really don't cook much at all. But I'm guessing I still have at least 100 cookbooks even after I went through and thinned the collection.

Go figure.......
