I know it is small but I know this guy and I don't think he as ever been to Egypt. Could this be a movie set or a photoshop???

it is a fake. his body is surrounded by a white line...you need to blow it up to see it, but it is there.

6. Could be - the shadows and lighting seem to be pretty similiar.
As for the white lines around him as mentioned above. That could be a jpg artifact. Often happens as a result of sharpening or in-camera processing. You'll notice a small halo around the person on the left as well.
