5. Redstone was one of a kind.

We had great conversations on threads and in PMs. We're both natives of northern New England, had similar ethnic backgrounds, similar sensibilities, and also have great affection for Cambridge, MA.

He lived with a lot of pain and ailments yet kept looking forward. Yes, he could get a bit cranky. Yes, he was opinionated. I'll miss him.

20. I just read a very long PM....

Redstone was extremely handsome...he loved planes...he wore Tony Lama boots...
All of these things reminded me of my beloved father...
I don't think I've ever seen a photo of anyone who resembled my father that way...
I shared a lot with him because of this....
We connected for but a moment in time.
I told him how he brought back wonderful memories..
And now..he is a wonderful memory...

Redstone was a good man.
