This is my favorite message from him. The first time I read it was a particularly sad period in my life. It lifted me up, and I am sad now that I never told him how much it meant to me.

7. I remember that thread.. It was very nice.

I am fortunate that I met Redstone at Boston-area DU meetups. My memory is not great, but I remember having a good conversation with him in the People's Republik bar in Cambridge. I liked him; he was a nice guy.

i'm afraid to ask what happened, seems like he was falling down a lot but then i thought maybe he was getting better

We are doing a good job of remembering a great DUer in the various threads here. Some are adding condolences to his online obit and some are donating money to his family. Those are all important to our community and to his family. We honor him and his memory. Posting the official cause of death after an autopsy is just ghoulish.
