1. I voted "Long-term and in the 'Woman, get me a beer'. - 'Get it yourself, asshole' stage"
though that's very much a two-way street. So it's really...

"Long-term and still quite happy and in the 'Woman, get me a beer'. - 'Get it yourself, asshole' stage"

7. The remote is where you left it and it's your turn to do the dishes.
That is the minus; that is the plus.

5. Alone and sad.
And don't know what to do about it.

Okay, that part is a lie. I know lots of things I could be doing, but depression, or something, keeps holding me back.

Oh well, they put all the Star Trek episodes on Netflix. That'll hold me for a few more months.

9. A wise person once told me...
You are the only thing holding you back.

Depression is treatable, with or without medication.

Lots of people are content living alone. Nothing wrong with that, but if you're sad, life and happiness are within your reach.

18. Way past time, acutally.
I'm probably okay just hanging out with my boys and getting in touch with my inner geek through playing video games and catching up on sci-fi and horror movies that I missed out on when they originally came out. But some woman, somewhere, is really missing out on something good. And I hate to see quality go to waste. :P

Single. Not looking, but not denying the opportunity either. As my grandfather once told me, "it's much better to be miserable because you're alone than miserable because you're with the wrong person..."

Not that I'm miserable; I'm once again enjoying the benefits that being single and living alone brings with it. :)

I thought I read, Meh, better off being alone, but it said better THAN being alone. But, it was too late, I had already clicked it.

How can I get my vote back? I need my vote back !!!!
