2. The one on MSNBC?
At first I didn't realize that was what it was since I heard no warning sound, just that music. And what is up with that? We've got some kind of emergency, terrorist attack or alien invasion, and they're playing insipid music?

And what about people who are not looking at the screen or blind people? How are they supposed to know WTF is going on? There was no audible explanation, just the EAS screen and that POS music!

This does not inspire confidence!
