Poll question: What's the PRIMARY thing you put on scrambled eggs...
Damn polls don't allow multiple votes.

1. Bacon. Lots of bacon. Crisp bacon.
That's why it's called Bacon and Eggs!

38. If you cook them the right way, you don't need anything other than seasoning
I cook mine in a cast iron skillet over very low heat, stirring constantly. The trick is to know exactly when to stop cooking them. They will still be a bit runny when I take them off the stove, but residual heat will continue to cook them. By the time they are served, you get eggs that are fluffy, but still moist. I never have to worry about left overs.

5. Anything but the abomination that is called "Mrs. Dash"
I was stuck in the cardiac ward for 5 days last month and they kept sending up scrambled eggs with packets of Mrs. Dash.

There are a couple of things I enjoy making with Mrs. Dash, but it turns scrambled eggs into the equivalent of rotten lutefisk.

31. In this order (and many comginations of these, depending on what is actually on hand):
.
.
.
Black pepper - I'm pretty sure I've decided against cooking eggs of almost ANY
kind if I haven't had black pepper for them
.
Hot sauce -- I truly dislike Tabasco -- it completely overwhelms all other tastes --
something more like Tapatio or Cholula is much better
.
Cheese -- usually Cheddar or Swiss -- but m-m-m-m-m smoked Gouda -- and
sometimes mozzarella with pizza sauce and pepperoni
.
Green stuffed olives
.
Salsa
.
Ham
.
.
.

14. If I do eat scrambled eggs they have to be covered in ketchup
My best friend's kids love eggs but my friend is repulsed by them. So the kids never get eggs unless they are out in a restaurant.

I taught her youngest how to make scrambled eggs (what she prefers). So of course I had to eat some but I just put alot of ketchup on them and they were fine.

shredded cheese, and scramble them so they were still kind of wet, and spread it on fresh bread. That was breakfast. Add a Coke, a Snickers, and a cigarette, and that was supper. My metabolism was different then, and I walked everywhere.

gimme a break... ... well, I guess with the $1.89 sale price... they DID).

Well, strictly you put Marmite under the scrambled eggs, and on the toast. But that is the vital ingredient.

In the scramble eggs, I put a touch of salt, pepper and mustard.

60. I don't put nothing on 'em
I put stuff in 'em.

Ideally, a bit of milk, salt & pepper, shredded cheddar and crumbled bacon.

But, when it comes to eggs, I prefer to fry them over-easy. After which, I cut them up and scoop them onto dry toast and gobble them. That is egg perfection.
