Wowsers. My weight is now down to 185 lb. |

Considering that when my troubles began I was at 240 lb., I'm not sure if this is good or bad (last time I weighed 185 I was 40. I'm now 56. )... My weight loss began about 2 years ago when my arthritis began attacking my legs.

I'm wheelchair bound with no way to really effectively exercise. I'm always cold and very tired. The only good sign is my blood pressure- it's as close to textbook perfect as it gets. It pisses the nurses off.

That's the low end of my "good weight range" - 120-130. Curiously, my blood pressure numbers also dropped by a similar amount.
