Why does Steven Spielberg wear a baseball cap on a TCM Special?
Is he bald?
So what?

He's on something called AFI: Master Class
In a goddam baseball cap.
What's with the guy?
He's brilliant, no doubt.
He doesn't need to look like some tacky redneck with the ever-present cap.
jeez

1. I'm still trying to figure out why Sherlock Holmes has a laptop computer.
Was it a "no shit, Sherlock" moment???

2. from a Google book
about him. (I lost the link.)

“He frets about his receding hairline (one reason he still wears a baseball cap in his sixties) and had a makeup artist color in his bald spot on the night he received his Oscar for Schindler’s List. But the makeup smeared at the ball afterward when he kept patting his head and stroking his face...”

4. I think it says a lot about a guy who's that concerned/vain about his hair.
Jesus, the guy's rich and famous.
Why does he even give a shit about his receding hairline?
Nobody else does.

I'm not even CLOSE to R&F and I'm bald with a gray/white fringe.
So effing WHAT?

To me it shows some kind of deep seated lack of self confidence.
It's just dumb.

Same for Ron Howard, another 'I-wear-a-baseball-cap-because-I'm-bald' Rich and Famous guy.

These guys need to grow up.
:eyes:

Maybe he just wishes he was Michael Moore.

7. He's reportedly a darn nice, normal guy.
According to a relative who works with him. Just a normal unassuming guy. I suppose the cap wouldn't be out of place.
