That Sony electronic book reader I had, it had a full battery charge, and it simply quit. Just stopped.
Wouldn't work, connect to my computer, nothing.
I e-mailed Sony, got a response tonight. Pretty much "tough luck, sucker."
So I'm out almost $100 and the company won't do a damn thing.
I'll never buy another Sony electronic anything ever again.
Am I mad? YOU BET!
Apparently their customer "service" is anything but.
