We do - the coffee is godawful, and it's actually WORSE than Dunkin Donuts coffee (I do not respect your wicked pissah traditions, New England! HEAR ME ROAR!!)

I have found this stuff is only good when you choose the Espresso option, and use two packets - and then add milk

1. That's sort of silly looking. The best work coffee maker I've seen uses an insulated thermos.
Instead of a decanter, you put the thermos in that spot. It makes about the same amount as a standard "Mr. Coffee" type machine but when it is done, you just tighten the lid 1/4 turn and it stays hot for a REALLY long time (hours) without burning. For that much space, you could put six pr more of those in place of that 7-11 wannabe in the picture. You could just use extra decanters, but it depends on the size of the office. That thing looks like it would create a morning log jam.

3. Better yet just make your own and bring a thermos
I use a pourover brewing method at home and put the coffee into one of these:

I preheat the thermos and the coffee goes in at about 180 degrees. It's still hot 8 hours later.

4. Good point. There was another machine I really liked but I haven't seen one in years.
It had a glass front so you could watch (something to do). You put your mug under the spout (like that one in the picture) and hit a button and it would advance what I called "the roll of toilet paper" filter to a fresh spot, dropping the grounds into a collection bin along with the used part, and then a corkscrew sort of thing would measure the coffee grounds while it dumped them into the foot that was clamped over the filter roll. It heated its own water and TA-DA - coffee by the cup! You could also just get hot water for making tea. It didn't do much good for the decaf folks, but damn near everybody was a caffeine addict in that office.

6. Better yet...
Get one of these: http://www.bodum.com/us/en-us/shop/detail/K11102-01US/

You can make it fresh on the spot. All you need is coffee and hot water, which you can just heat up in the microwave. Just about every workplace has one.

7. I use one of these at work when I don't bring my thermos

I also have a hand grinder which I keep at work. However, most people aren't going to go to that much trouble.

2. Ha! We had one of those (back when I had a job) and I did pretty much the same thing.
I made the espresso, and (since I take it black) just added a little hot water. The regular coffee options were pretty bad.
