I saw guys bleed through their shirts in the first two marathons I ran.
It is like sunburn - the moment you think you might have a problem.....you have a problem. And it last for days.

and after my first hundred mile bike ride. I got better, I'd only be stiff for twenty minutes or so the next morning. And no, it wasn't a woody so stop saying that!
