. . . Just meat, but I rub 'em with black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic... and THEN I splash 'em with a healthy dose of Worcestershire and hot sauce -- and liquid smoke if I'm indoors. . . .

that's it, preferable grilled over mesquite/catclaw but oven broiled or pan fried is fine too. Add salt when done.
