The worst that anyone can say about this guy is that he doesn't sound like Britney Spears, Beyonce, the Backstreet Boys, n'Sync, Enrique Iglesias, Kelly Clarkson, or any of their army of bland, musically useless clones.

With exceedingly rare exception, there have been no decent albums in major release by anyone for at least ten years, and that includes "alternative" acts which are no longer alternative and haven't been for quite some time. If I have to hear one more angst-ridden song by someone who can't sing or play his/her/their fucking instrument(s) and passed off as "serious" music, I'm going to rip the radio out of the dash and throw it out the window.

This guy can't sing and he can't play an instrument, but he has absolutely no pretentions that he does or that his entire act is anything other than what it is. He shows us what an absolute farce today's music industry is. Maybe he'll wake somebody up.

Plus he has guts. And enthusiasm. More than I've ever seen from just about anyone. And for these reasons, I say more power to him.
