 (Rutters), Washington, 4/10/04: In a photo newly released by the 9/11 Commission, Condi Rice is seen directing the Trade Tower attacks. Simultaneously, the commission released audio tapes recorded concurrent with the photo, the transcript of which reads: 'Bomb them back to the Stone Age! Let them taste flames and blood. Attack! Attack! Attack!' As of late Saturday, the White House could not be reached for comment. (Mods: Maybe this should be in LBN, but I forgot to get the link. Sorry.) |
