US Cellular - not good enough
This is my letter back from US Cellular about advertising on Sinclair affiliates and my response.

Dear Customer,

As a non-partisan corporation, U.S. Cellular does not take a position in the presidential race. We have no plans to cancel our advertising on Sinclair affiliates. However, we believe the program "Stolen Honor" does not provide an optimal environment for our advertising. Therefore, we have instructed Sinclair affiliates not to run U.S. Cellular commercial spots within two hours of the program's airing.

Thank you,

U.S. Cellular

Dear US Cellular,

Thanks for your response.

Advertisements on blatantly partisan Sinclair affiliates supports the Sinclair practice of partisan politics rather than responsible journalism. By adverstising on Sinclair affiliates you have taken a position that supports the Sinclair network in its political campaign. I thank you for not advertising during "Stolen Honor" but by not doing more you are supporting Sinclairs partisan politics and have, inadvertantly perhaps, become a partisan corporation. There are other choices available to me as a consumer than US Cellular and I will take advantage of my freedom to chose.
