Fight Fire With Fire - Kerry Movie Night, October 29th, 2004

Sinclair Broadcasting, a right-wing media company that controls a large number of broadcast televisions stations across the country, is attempting to impact the outcome of a Presidential Election by forcing its stations across the country to broadcast an anti-Kerry film, directed by a discredited former Washington Times reporter.

In response, we are asking you to help us create a virtual, grassroots broadcast network on October 29, 2004 - so we can present a double feature that is sure to make George W. Bush and Dick Cheney quake in their boots.

We're asking you to rent or buy a copy of Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11 and George Butler's Going Upriver, and show both that night in your living room or community space. We ask you to invite wavering supporters, still undecided voters, and even likely Bush voters still open to persuasion. Get them in front of a television or movie screen, and allow Michael Moore's and George Butler's extraordinary films to speak for themselves.

If the Founding Fathers and the rag-tag revolutionary army could defeat the British Army, then we should have no trouble countering this despicable attempt by Sinclair Broadcasting to hijack the 2004 Presidential Election.

Let's make our motto - Lights, Camera, Victory! With your help, John Kerry and John Edwards will be taking the Oath of Office on January 20th, 2005.
