TAKE FOOD & DRINK TO GIVE TO VOTERS IN THE LONG LINES...PARTY!
THE REPUBLICANS ARE PLANNING ON CHALLENGING EVERY VOTER THEY CAN.....WHICH THEY HOPE WILL MAKE THE WAIT TO VOTE INTOLERABLE AND PEOPLE WILL LEAVE. DEMOCRATS WIN WITH LARGER VOTING TURNOUT....REPUBLICANS WIN WHEN MORE AMERICAN'S DON'T VOTE, BUT GO HOME. THIS IS IDEA IS SOMETHING EASY TO DO AND IT COULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE!AND IT WOULD BE FUN!

THE BEST THING THAT WE "LITTLE PEOPLE" CAN DO IS TO MAKE OR BUY SANDWICH'S, DONUTS, COOKIES, CRACKERS & CHEESE, COLD DRINKS & HOT COFFE AND GIVE IT TO THOSE IN THOSE LONG LINES......WITH A SMILE AND A THANK YOU FOR VOTING! BRING GOOD CHEER AND MAKE IT A PARTY, TO BE ENJOYED! DON'T FORGET THE MUSIC. SIGNS TELLING PEOPLE WHO DRIVE UP WHAT IS HAPPENING MIGHT HELP THEM NOT SEE THE LONG LINES AS A REASON TO NOT VOTE. DON'T FORGET THE MUSIC! OR GET THEM INVOLVED IN "SING-ALONGS". PROTEST SONGS FROM THE 60'S AND NEW ONES!

THIS WILL DEFEAT THEM! AND WHEN POLLS HAVE TO STAY OPEN INTO THE EARLY MORNINGS, THE NEWS WILL BE COVERING THE NASTY DEALINGS OF THE REPUBLICANS! AND SHOW HOW MUCH FUN WE ARE HAVING AND THAT WE CARE ABOUT OUR VOTING RIGHTS!

HELP ME GET THIS IDEA OFF THE GROUND! I AND MY FAMILY ARE DOING IT IN SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA. WE NEED OTHERS TO JOIN ALL OVER THE COUNTRY. E-MAIL YOUR LISTS AND FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND HAVE THEM E-MAIL ALL THEIR CONTACTS. WE CAN MAKE THIS HAPPEN.

WE MUST BEAT THEM AT THEIR GAME!

THANKS FOR ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE IN GETTING THIS IDEA OUT!

ps. i am not yelling.....can only use one hand to type and capitals make it easier.

1. I'll bring a canteen of water, a dozen energy bars...
...and a can of pepper spray, just in case.

3. Clear it with the poll workers, though!
You don't want to be accused of electioneering at a polling place. According to Republicans outside the Reality-Based Community, handing out water is the equivalent of buying votes!

4. we already do this stuff for the people that work outside the polls
the people outside we provide water and food...

we normally just give voters stuff like tablets and nail files..but we will always help someone out if they are tired or in need of a drink...

5. THAT'S GREAT! LET'S EXPAND IT TO ALL THE PEOPLE WAITING TO VOTE!
BUT REMEMBER TO NOT TALK POLITICS, WEAR BUTTONS OR CARRY SIGNS WHICH ARE POLITICAL! JUST MAKE IT A FUN TIME FOR ALL AMERICANS. WE ARE THE PARTY WHICH BELIEVES IN ALL AMERICANS CASTING THEIR VOTES AND HAVING ALL OF THOSE VOTES COUNTED!

6. Bring a case or two of bottled water. Pass it out to anyone in line.
Snickers bars or anything to eat will help with the hypoglycemic among us. You could be there for hours, so plan ahead.

Save people's places in line to allow for bathroom breaks, etc.

Bring a folding stool so you don't have to stand the entire time.

I would stay away from the protest songs or boom boxes this time. Doesn't matter how people vote; it's getting everyone to vote who wants to.

7. actually, no
You cannot wear buttons or carry signs while you walk around in a polling place. It's called electioneering, and you will be removed.

No political buttons, signs, or shirts can be worn within 100 feet of a polling place.
