Not much time for wound licking. We have to start now:

MARCH & RALLY-SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 6

Not In Our Name has plans for a massive march and rally against war and repression this Saturday, Nov 6, 1pm at Westlake Plaza. The action is co-sponsored by Seattle ANSWER, Hate Free Zone, American Friends Service Committee, Veterans for Peace Chapter 92, and Socialist Alternative. Please join us in sending a resounding NO to Bush and all he represents. We will not accept the future the Bush crew has layed out before us. We are determined that, together, we can carve out a path forward to stand with the people of the world and DEFEAT the agenda of war and repression.

How you can help:

Come to Westlake Park early on November 6 to volunteer. Check in at the NION table near the stage between 11:30 and 12:30. We will match you up with a way to help. No experience necessary! Forward this email widely to friends, family, co-workers, organizations, etc.

Print out and copy the poster and get it up all over the city. You can find it in PDF format at: http://againstthewall.net/nov6Clean.pdf
Come to our next weekly meeting on Sundays at 7pm. We meet at the Community Service Center at 1609 19th Ave, on the corner of 19th & East Pine, one block south of Madison in Capitol Hill.

Make a donation to the Not In Our Name Project. We are working on a shoe string budget and are hoping that the event will cover itself when we pass the bucket at the rally. The total cost of this action is about $2,000. If 100 people out of the 2,000 people on this list donate $20, we'll be in great shape and can use any money we raise on Saturday for the future.

2. ELECTION FRAUD SHOULD ALSO BE AN ISSUE!(God sez)
God told me to tell you that we shouldn't let the neo-cons steal another election...he's especially pissed off about all the people in Ohio, New Mexico and Nevada who were illegally disenfranchized. And how can working people even get the time off to wait 9 hours in a line to vote on a weekday? Some heroic young students at Kenyon college did it, but give us a break!

God help us now...
