An interesting Diebold protest concept |
|
Edited on Mon Nov-08-04 06:50 AM by JM
Given we can't protest Diebold directly, we can protest them through our banking. If we refuse to use their ATMS and instead pack the lobbies of banks waiting to do mundane transactions, and tie up the lines arguing the teller fees (if applicable) the banks will eventually get the message not to support Diebold.
Those ATM contracts are sizeable. If their sales drop, they will get the message. This is similar to what was done with Sinclair. It is one way to remove Diebold from electronic voting.

I've never in my life had an ATM card. Now I have a good reason never to start.
