Taking on Rumsfeld for War Crimes (In German Court) Help raise the issue
Taking on Rumsfeld for war crimes.

Recently, the Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR), Berlin's Republican Lawyers' Association (www.rav.de) and four Iraqi civilians filed a legal complaint against US Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld, for war crimes in a Berlin court.

The CCR is encouraging people (AND ORGANIZATIONS) to contact the German prosecutor in support of the investigation.

3. a radio program
Stan Goff, a former military man, on the (war) criminality of many administrations, including this one. It's a good talk, give it a listen.

BTW: As a bit of self promotion (though I'm not selling them for the money, believe me), if you'd like a bush war criminal sticker see my sig, or if the signature isn't working, just goto http://warcriminal.us

Rummy is nothing but a war criminal. I hope that the world court can take action on this.

Apparently Rummy was planning on attending some conference in Germany then backed out. He's afraid he'll be charged with war crimes (never mind that he's guilty as hell!!) if he sets foot on German soil.

The Germans learned their lesson-- we haven't.

7. yes, that is good sign that Rummy is taking the complaint seriously...

and he should. I hope the German prosecutor will do the right thing and not give in to the possible political consequences of taking on the investigation.

10. sorry, won't happen.
Kay Nehm is a conservative, and even if he were not: his is a political office. There won't be a suit, nor a formal investigation.

Just IMHO, of course.

9. More than you think
Rummy has not only killed innocent people in Iraq, but his war crimes extend to our soldiers as well. I made it through Iraq without being harmed. But, many of my friends were not so lucky.
