2. Krugman on Bill Maher tonight 10pm Central
Be sure to tune-in this Friday at 11:00PM/ET for an all-new installment of Real Time with Bill Maher. This week's roundtable guests include Betsy Hart, Paul Krugman and Jesse Ventura. Also visiting will be Terry McAuliffe and Liz Phair.

3. Really good show...
Paul Krugman really had a hard time dealing with the ignorant guests on the show, at one point he apologized for "losing it" as he could not hide his feelings at some of the ignorant things being said. One example was Jesse Ventura was ranting about a "free market" with no price caps on food products to allow farmers to make more money - Paul Krugman cracked up and tried to explain the price caps were for minimum prices to keep farmers from losing money, not caps to stop them from raising their prices, but I don't think the other guests understood. Early in the show Jesse Ventura was being sarcastic and refered to Paul Krugman as "Mr Economist" to imply that Paul didn't know what he was talking about. It's a sad time in America when ignorant myths are preferred over truth.

At any rate, Real Time with Bill Maher is on my TiVo's "Season Pass" list, I'll be checking it out on a regular base, last week was pretty good too.
