Some Jews helped Hitler. Some Africans out their own during the American slave trade. You guys willingly help out the Republicans, who hate our guts by the way, or hadn't you noticed? But what's equality - or even respect - worth when there's a dollar to be had? It's sickening that you're as gay as I am yet you stand for and support a group of people who despise us beyond a simple wish for our deaths.

Just answer one question: Is your attachment to the perceived monetary gains still worth it to you to support a party that is determined to undermine the United States Constitution in order to "codify" us into second-class citizenship permanently?

If the LCR is so blind as to endorse Bush this year - and fails to issue a strong statement of condemnation for his blatant attack on lesbians and gay men in last night's State of the Union address - it will mean only one thing to me: That you are an entirely different species from my own, and I will never acknowledge you as my gay brothers and sisters.

It will also mean that you haven't the vaguest notion of what it means to be a conservative; real conservatives don't muck around with the Constitution for purposes of political pandering.
