1. What's he doing in Texas? |
|
He needs to campaign like a mofo in PA and Ohio and probably Florida. He needs to hit the swing states hard.

2. I disagree. Texans are still suffering the effects of no national |

Dem presence in 2000. We want and need and will give money to a national candidate who understands that there are many like-minded people that need and want the support of the National Democratic Party. To dessert us again will kill the strong movement of the faithful and the middle of the roaders who crave someone who will speak for them. Taking the campaign to Houston is a great move. I remember seeing Clinton there in 1992 and will always be happy that he came there even if bushI was from "Houston". (So not!!!)

3. In addition, this helps Richard Morrison get more name recognition |

to run against Tom Delay. Lots of uninformed people here think we're just doomed to be stuck with Republicans, and we will be if the national party ignores us. Seeing Richard Morrison in the same event with the future President could make a real impact on this race, and we all know unseating Tom Delay would be a HUGE step toward taking back Texas for the party!
