Friends,
I have heard calls in the past to have folks shave their pubic hair and send the result to the White House in protest, the message being "No Bush". But there is a problem with that; Nobody ever opens that mail. It goes to a site in Maryland and gets put into barrels and there it sits. You might as well shout down a well.
I have come up with what I think is a modification to this plan that sends the message and which will be, in fact MUST BE opened;
Shave or trim your pubic hairs, and send them to;
Donations Republican National Committee 310 First Street, SE, Washington DC 20003.
They are so motivated by campaign money that they would HAVE to open each and envelope because they cannot risk missing a $2000 check! This would greatly slow down the RNC's processing of donations as the pubic hair would have to be disposed of, would gross out volunteers, and would get into any automatic letter-opening machinery that they may have.
Comments? Does this sound like a workable plan?

Or send a flat piece of metal and let them run that through their automatic letter-opening machinery.
The hair would only be a plus.

And just licking a stamp gives them more. Not much DNA on a rootless hair.

From the USPS.com site;
"Keep the Mail Safe: Hazardous and Restricted Materials
Some things cannot be mailed or can be mailed only in small quantities for safety and legal reasons. Call 1·800·ASK·USPS or visit your Post Office if you have questions about the item you are mailing. Restricted materials include:
Aerosol cans Alcoholic beverages Ammunition Drug paraphernalia Fireworks Flammable or explosive materials Illegal or infectious substances Lottery tickets Poisonous materials"
So, if you have no disease, your pubes should be legal to mail. Other sorts of hair are mailed all the time as wigs, and for hair analysis. Pubic hair (in spite of where it grows on the body) is no more dangerous than head hair.
