National Call-in Day to the White House TODAY- Support UNFPA funding!
On Thursday, July 15 the Bush Administration may decide – once again – to deny reproductive health services to women around the world. Don’t let them do it again without a fight.

We expect the Bush Administration to make its final decision Thursday whether to reinstate funding to the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). The UNFPA funds maternal and child health care services, family planning and HIV prevention services for the world’s poorest women and men. For purely political reasons, the U.S. ended funding to this critical program three years ago.

Take action TODAY Tuesday, July 13 for National Call-in Day, which is sponsored by many pro-choice, religious, environmental, and international organizations, and demand that the Administration restore funding to UNFPA.

Call the White House on Tuesday, July 13 at 202-456-1111, between 9 and 5 EST.

Forward this email to get ten friends to commit to making calls that day. Help us flood the White House switchboard to send a strong message that Americans support family planning for the women of the world!
