Eighteen percent of those polled said they would vote for Dean if New Mexico's first-ever presidential caucus on Feb. 3 were held the day they were polled. Sixteen percent said they would favor Clark.

Sens. John Kerry, D-Mass., and Joe Lieberman, D-Conn., each had the support of 8 percent of the Democrats polled. Seven percent of Democrats with a history of voting said they favored Rep. Dick Gephardt, D-Mo., while 6 percent said they would vote for Rep. Dennis Kucinich, D-Ohio. Sen. John Edwards, D-N.C., had the support of 4 percent of those polled.
