Here's a question of "primary importance"
Weren't there a few states that essentially canceled their 2004 Democratic primary in favor of a cheaper alternative (like a caucus) because they were late in the process and the candidate would already be picked by then?


We could actually be looking at a floor fight this year and some states won't get their full voter input?
