The Bush, Nader, Cheney team begins assault |
|
The Bush, Nader, Cheney team began their simultaneous assault on the Democratic front runners yesterday, using almost identical language, accusing the Democrats of hypocrisy for voting for the War Powers Act and the Patriot Act and then saying they are against them. An 8-year old could figure out that we were all "had" by the Bush administration. He used and manipulated our fears and exploited our emotions in the post-9/11 period to further his right-wing extremist agenda. Now that the facts are slowly surfacing, the Democrats are speaking out against all the Bush right-wing extremist policies. That does not make us hypocrites. It just makes us human. We were all brought up to believe that a president wouldn't lie to us. He said Saddam was a threat and many believed him. We should consider what views the candidates have NOW. We should not listen to lazy opportunists who have done nothing in three years to fight against the Bush right-wing extremist policies and merely step in, in the final hours, to gain a few minutes in the spotlight. It is one hell of a price that the world will have to pay, just to give a self-righteous opportunist fifteen minutes of fame.

1. High Time for High Crime |

One minor note. Old Ralphie boy has called for the impeachment of King George twice in the last two days on the charges of high crimes and misdemeanors. He also accused Bushie of lying to the Congress and the people to get us into Iraq.

2. Lets put accuracy above crap. |

GOP attacks the Democrats as being left wing extremists diometricaly opposite each others(the 2 partys) views and positions.
Nader trys to point out the similaritys and that both come from a direction predominatly from the right or center-right.
I feel like Im wasting my time if the truth rarely gets filtered into my brain and feel like Im really wasting my time if I spew out BS. (at least if my ingoing filter doesnt work then it isnt entirely my fault, I could still be trying but simply too stupid to sort out the typical BS from reality)
Anyway I can tell you that Nader wastes our time the least. A post with the title like yours of Bush/Chenny and Nader being a "team" is about as counter productive as it gets.
