Voluntary restraint, I know, is an impossible dream. But we have GDP for candidate wars, where there are many more soldiers to fight them. A few of us have begun posting threads here, given the three-post limit in GDP -- I hope, without battle in mind.

I've posted in this forum a good bit well before the new GDP rules went into effect, as have others. I hope this quiet corner might remain as it has been, even if with more voices.

2. I have tried tact

in the beginning but every time I posted another poster would come back with something like,"Are you crazy, and damn you are dumb or, are you insane". I am not speaking of the newcomers and trolls, these remarks and more were posted by established posters who thought because BO was their choice that I needed to be brought into line. This was not the way to get me to change my mind, to the contrary, I wanted no part of the rock star candidate who lacked experience and had yet to admit that he had ever made any kind of error in his life.
