Obama's Fundraising Set To Overshadow Hillary's Yet Again
By Greg Sargent - February 28, 2008, 1:49PM

A couple weeks ago we reported here that sources had told us that Obama was on track to raise more than $36 million this month.

This has turned out to be true, apparently. Obama spokesperson Bill Burton tells The Politico today that he's on track to announcing that the campaign has raised "considerably more" than $35 million.

Hillary is reported to have raised $35 million this month -- which means that Obama's haul is set to best Hillary's yet again and will overshadow what might have been a big announcement for her campaign.

2. so do we hear another round
of begging coming Jeff? What the fuck are the Clinton's spending all their money ON anyway? Their GOTV efforts are virtually non-existent in Texas from an article I read the other day

3. I'm in TX; I've been robocalled by Bill, Hill, and two volunteers.
Surprisingly, nada from Obama, though I don't often pick up the phone if I don't know who's calling. I have been lately just to see if he does call.

4. calling is one thing sis
but actually using money to open offices across the state and using volunteering as a means to early vote support with bus rides and offices being opened up across the street from polling places is smart campaigning-which the Clintons have NOT done-hey Mark Penn has a big appetite-donuts and pizzas are expensive

6. Yes, it's very exciting, and doubly so because I've
never seen my husband so excited. He's watching debates, primaries, even KO sometimes. And he's jazzed for Obama, too. I don't know about the caucus yet; I think I'd rather be home with him and he won't go. Plus, I love watching everything unfold. But I haven't actually decided yet. I need to go to the Burnt Orange site and see where it's at, etc.

7. But you don't HAVE to go to the caucus,
am I understanding that correctly? That a VOTE will count?

Unlike my poor niece in Seattle who didn't caucus because she thought her vote counted, and it didn't. Could they make it any more confusing for people?

8. No, I'm voting Tuesday and don't have to caucus. I could
basically vote twice, which is real appealing in itself.
