Port of Seattle Commission
So I just got my absentee ballott, and I know how to fill in most of it. But I have no idea how to vote for the port. Anyone want to convince me of one person or another? The voter's pamphlet wasn't prticularly stiring.

1. To tell you the truth,
I haven't even looked at that damn Voters Guide yet. I'll do that later. But for Port of Seattle Commision, you ABSOLUTELY can NOT go wrong with Lawrence Molloy. He's a supporter of unions and the working person; the only one of that sort on that Commision, I believe. In this part of the country, that would mean that he'd be "progressive" on most other issues.

BTW: If you're in the Seattle area and haven't made other plans for tomorrow, the King County Labor Council will be holding a Labor Day Picnic at Woodland Park tomorrow. (11AM to 4PM --- Picnic Areas 1, 2, and 3). All union people, family and friends are cordially invited.
