I was impressed with all of the candidates (sorry Reverend Al couldn't be there). The gloves have certainly come off as far as criticizing the Chimp. We are lucky to have such an excellent field of candidates.

1. I could not believe my eyes and ears last night. |

Almost 90 minutes of intelligent discussion, ideas and debate from our political leaders… and on television no less. It was such a breath of fresh air. For the fist time in over three years, I wasn’t yelling at the tv in anger. Instead, my reaction was to cheer, over and over again.
Is it me, or are you also hungry for the bright new future that most of these candidates will almost inevitably bring about if elected.

5. It reminded my of Al Gore's speech last month at NYU--100% partisan (!) |
|
The debate was sponsored by the Democratic Party (in some form), where as NYU speech was sponsored by moveon.org and the NYU young democrats club. Both were set up to bash the Gop and shape the issues and soundbites, were shamelessly partisan, well conceived, and wonderful.
(How about that Mr. Gephardt!)

Glad to see that they were mostly focused on Bush's failures, and not each other.
