Bush in speech endorses Kerry's plan to win the peace in Iraq
10-15 thousand foreign troops and a new resolution fromm the UN. Lots of money for rebuilding. Too bad Bush didn't say this earlier.

2. It's being billed by the media as a repudiation of the neo-cons
and an endorsement of Powell. Lots of people seem pissed at Rumsfeld.
