3. As Constructive Criticism DJ
It drives me nuts when you just post a link as the opening of a thread! (Or in this case, a non-functioning one.)

If it's possible, try to include some text that will give us an idea of what to expect.

---

John Kerry hit the airwaves today with new television ads in New Hampshire and Iowa. The 60-second ad introduces John Kerry’s personal story to voters and connects it to the courageous political fights he has waged since he returned from Vietnam – a unique record of standing up for what’s right for America - and the fights he will wage as President, fighting for affordable healthcare, rolling back tax cuts for the wealthy while creating jobs and investing in education.

Today marks the second round of ads from John Kerry’s campaign in New Hampshire and Iowa and builds off of the momentum generated by last week’s announcement tour and the first set of ads, which helped vault Kerry to the top of the Democratic field in a recent CNN/Time poll.

Kerry campaign manager Jim Jordan said, "With these ads, John Kerry is introducing himself to voters, relating the battles he’s fought, the values he stands for, the vision for America he will pursue as president."

4. I Love That They Use His Terrorism Book
And the Vietnam footage looks fantastic. I would be very surprised if these ads don't bump Kerry nicely in the polls.

5. My apologies...
I was in a rush to get down to the Kerry NYC offices and had just hit refresh on the John Kerry homepage and saw the thing about the ads.

I agree that the ad looks great. Also, I think it was important that they show the first ads from his announcement tour to offset the notion that Kerry is somehow aloof and not energized about teh campaign. Now that those have aired, people will be curious about his message. It's a great one-two TV punch. I'm very curious what the polls in Iowa and NH will look like in a couple weeks.

7. That book and its warnings should make the American people realize
that a President Kerry can hit the ground running. He is fully cognizant of the world's dangerous situations and can deal lnowledgeably with their direct causes.

6. I'm a Dean supporter, but Kerry's "On The Road" video is fantastic!
I think its major strength is that it shows him as a real person, not just a candidate...especially the outtakes at the end. Great production value, great message...Kerry's campaign deserves kudos for this one.
